Job summary

Boston Standard Company in Mattapan, MA is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain home heating and cooling systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, educate homeowners on options, and document service activities using ServiceTitan.

The role requires 3+ years of residential HVAC experience, EPA Universal Certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Educate homeowners on repair options, energy savings, and system performance.
• Recommend repairs, replacements, and maintenance memberships when appropriate.
• Complete service documentation using ServiceTitan.

Location: Mattapan, MA Company: Boston Standard Company / New England Ductless Pay: $40-$55 per hour + Performance Pay (Top Techs Earn $100K+)
