Central Cooling & Heating in Woburn, MA is hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain homes? heating and cooling systems. This full-time onsite role offers competitive pay and opportunities to grow.

You will troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and document work using ServiceTitan, while delivering exceptional customer service and safety. EPA Universal Certification and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience servicing furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Help homeowners understand their systems and recommend the best solutions.
