Job summary

Boston Standard is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician in Weymouth, MA to diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems. You will troubleshoot furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment while delivering excellent customer service and educating homeowners on repair and replacement options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience and strong diagnostic skills.

What You\'ll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot complex issues on furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer service and educate homeowners on repair and replacement options

What We\'re Looking For

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Proven commitment to customer satisfaction
• Experience handling customer escalations with professionalism
• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record
• Personal HVAC hand tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting the team

Preferred

• EPA Universal Certification
• ServiceTitan experience
• Experience with high-efficiency equipment, heat pumps, boilers, and mini-splits
