Job summary

Boston Standard is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician in Weymouth, MA. You will diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems, troubleshoot furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment, and deliver top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and educate homeowners on repair and replacement options.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently.
• Complete service documentation accurately in ServiceTitan.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and personal inventory.
• Follow all company safety standards and best practices.

Preferred

• EPA Universal Certification
• ServiceTitan experience
• Experience with high-efficiency equipment, heat pumps, boilers, and mini-splits
