Job summary

Henrico Doctors' Hospitals in Richmond, VA seeks an HVAC Technician to maintain hospital cooling systems, perform preventive maintenance and repairs ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Ideal candidates have HVAC trade schooling or CFC certification and at least three years of healthcare HVAC experience, working with a dedicated facilities team to support critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Trade School graduate on HVAC systems and CFC preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HVAC installation and repair, preferably in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• You will perform assigned area sweeps
• Repair refrigeration equipment and control/circuits
• Perform water treatment on cooling towers and loops
• You will perform PMI’s on HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Perform filter operations checks and replacements

Job Summary And Qualifications

Qualifications - External
