Job summary

HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to perform installation, inspection, maintenance, alteration and repair of HVAC systems, chillers and related utilities in a hospital setting. You will perform maintenance on hospital mechanical and plumbing systems, order parts, and handle non-patient electrical items and Life Safety systems as needed.

A 6 pm–2 am shift is indicated with a vocational/technical background and a state HVAC license or equivalent within 6 months of

• HVAC license from any state or equivalent within 6 months of hire.
• Graduate of Vocational, Trade School and/or Military training in vocational field.

Hourly Wage Estimate: $26.65 - $40.01 / hour

Job Summary And Qualifications

HVAC technician will perform heating and air conditioning work in the installation, inspection, maintenance, alteration, and repair of HVAC systems, Chillers, and other utilities to meet the required production capacity.

• You will perform maintenance and repair duties and assigned tasks having to do with hospital mechanical and plumbing systems.
• You will order parts and materials as needed.
• You will maintain and repair on an as needed basis non-patient contact for minor electrical items, hospital equipment, and various Life Safety systems.

You bring:

• SHIFT: 6 pm -2 am
• Graduate of Vocational, Trade School and/or Military training in vocational field
• Minimum 3 years HVAC experience; experience with Boiler Room maintenance a plus
• HVAC- License, any state; or equivalent within 6 months of hire.
