TriStar Skyline Medical Center is seeking a dedicated HVAC Technician to maintain and service industrial HVAC systems across multiple hospital settings. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure operations meet HCA Healthcare Engineering standards, with travel across the division.
The role requires an EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification and a valid driver’s license, with day shifts Monday–Friday and on-site work at the Nashville area facilities.

Monday - Friday 7-10hr Day Shifts
The Division HVAC Technician performs preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshoots, and services industrial HVAC systems in multiple acute care and non-acute care hospital settings under the direction of the Senior HVAC technician. The technician performs tests and analysis of data to assure the proper functioning of equipment. Under the supervision of the Division Senior HVAC technician, the HVAC technician will be expected to reliably maintain all equipment per HCA Healthcare Engineering standards to ensure the highest level of efficiency and to reduce business interruptions. Must be well organized, keep accurate service and maintenance records using HCA Healthcare’s computerized maintenance management system, and communicate in a clear and professional manner with all patients, visitors, colleagues and leaders. This position requires travel to acute care hospitals and associated free standing emergency departments in the division.
