Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an HVAC Technician to monitor, maintain, and repair our HVAC systems at the Pocono Manor, PA location. This hourly wage role supports a family-friendly, guest-centric environment across our resort properties.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of HVAC trade experience, solid maintenance knowledge, and a leadership style rooted in collaboration and service. Excellent under pressure and able to handle guest concerns professionally are valued traits.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and performing preventative maintenance of all HVAC systems.
• Diagnosing and repairing issues within HVAC systems as needed.
• Installation and repair of small HVAC equipment such as PTAC units, condensing units, small RTUs, etc.
• Routine inspection of systems to ensure compliance with state and local codes and regulations.
• Maintain repair and preventative maintenance records.

HVAC Technician

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a HVAC Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and repairing the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll help create a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment that defines every guest stay and every associate workday.

This is an hourly wage role

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring and performing preventative maintenance of all HVAC systems

• Diagnosing and repairing issues that are found within the systems as needed

• Installation and repair of small HVAC equipment such as PTAC units, condensing units, small RTU’s, etc

• Routine inspection of systems to ensure compliance with all state and local codes and regulations
