Concordia at Cabot SNF is looking for an experienced HVACR Technician to maintain HVAC and related utility systems across the Cabot campus and off-site locations. The role requires handling repairs, preventative maintenance, and general maintenance tasks to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• HVACR Technician experience is a must.
• Looking for someone with 10 years of experience.
• General mechanical, construction and plumbing skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with work on HVAC systems, domestic water systems, refrigeration systems, electrical systems and generators.
• In addition to HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance, perform general maintenance duties (room repairs, plumbing, electrical, equipment repairs, painting, refurbishing).
• Maintain all tools, equipment, and supplies in proper condition.
• Maintain facility during seasonal changes, including snow and ice removal.
• Answer emergency calls on the on-call phone (Wednesday to Wednesday roughly every 3 months).
• Conduct routine inspections on vehicles, equipment, and emergency systems to comply with regulations.

The HVACR Technician is responsible for maintaining HVAC equipment, repairs, and utility systems across the Cabot campus as well as off sites. Work is not limited to HVAC equipment and will include all maintenance needs.

Qualifications of a HVACR Technician:

• HVACR Technician experience is a Must
• Looking for someone with 10 Years Experience (We pay more for Experience)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a HVACR Technician

• Perform or assist with work on HVAC systems, domestic water systems, refrigeration systems, electrical systems and generators.
