About the Role

The HVACTechnicianis a certified, highly skilled professional responsible for complex troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance, across all Mennonite Village facilities. This role requires Oregon HVAC certification.

What You'll Do

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems
• Serve as a subject matter expert in HVAC and support complex system repairs and installations
• Complete and document work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and inspections accurately in the CMMS
• Deliver courteous, professional, and compassionate service to residents, staff, and leadership

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• HVAC certification required
• Three (3) years of commercial HVAC maintenance and repair experience required
• Minimum of five (5) years of building maintenance experience construction trades, or related field preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Valid Oregon driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control systems preferred.

Pay & Benefits

Pay range:$32.00 to $42.00 per hour depending on experience
