Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to install, maintain, and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can diagnose problems accurately, perform routine maintenance, and ensure systems operate efficiently and safely. You will work closely with clients to provide exceptional service, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally while adhering to all safety standards and regulatory requirements. The HVAC Technician will also collaborate with team members to complete projects on time, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and contribute to the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities
  • Install, inspect, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and mechanical breakdowns effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide expert advice and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, installations, and parts used.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and manufacturer guidelines during all work performed.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of junior technicians and apprentices.
  • Respond promptly to emergency service calls and minimize system downtime.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
  • Valid HVAC certification or license required.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems related to HVAC equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to work in various environments and conditions.
