The role requires 2+ years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. On-site field work, on-call rotations, and independent time management are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.

In this role, you will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently in the field while representing our company professionally.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and carry equipment, tools, and parts up to 50-100 lbs regularly.
• Transport materials to and from job sites.
• Climb ladders, scaffolding, and work on rooftops or in tight attic spaces.
• Maintain balance while working in elevated or uneven areas.
• Work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and under structures.
• Perform tasks from low or awkward positions.
• Stand or walk for extended periods (sometimes up to 8-10 hours/day).
• Move between job locations or around large commercial/industrial sites.
• Use hand tools and power tools with precision.
• Perform fine motor tasks such as wiring, brazing, or handling refrigerant lines.
• Repeatedly use hands, wrists, and fingers to operate tools or install components.
• Distinguish colors for wiring.
• Hear system noises or alarms indicating malfunctions.
• Work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• Tolerate exposure to dust, insulation, fumes, and moderate noise levels.
• Operate company vehicles to travel to job sites (if applicable).
