The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems according to schematics and technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems using diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Conduct appliance repairs as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns in a timely manner.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to identify and resolve system malfunctions effectively.
• Weld or plumb as necessary for system installations or repairs.
• Document service calls and maintain accurate records of work performed.
