Josh Capeder Design Co. seeks a skilled HVAC Service Technician to maintain, repair, and install residential and commercial HVAC systems. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and provide clear service reports to customers.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HVAC experience, EPA 608 (Universal) certification, and the ability to read blueprints. A valid driver's license and strong customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification (Universal) required.
• 3–5 years of HVAC service, maintenance, or installation experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic checks and troubleshoot HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.).
• Repair and maintain residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.
• Install new HVAC equipment and components.
• Perform preventative maintenance on systems and components.
• Communicate effectively with customers about service issues, recommendations, and solutions.
• Provide detailed reports on service calls, parts used, and work performed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in proper working condition.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local HVAC codes.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
