Qualifications

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as an HVAC Service Technician. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to help ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation for our customers. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, a commitment to quality workmanship, and a professional approach to service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and related components.
• Perform preventive maintenance on residential and/or commercial equipment, depending on assignment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using appropriate testing tools and methods.
• Install, replace, and adjust parts, components, and accessories as needed.
• Document service work accurately, including findings, repairs completed, and materials used.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system condition, repair recommendations, and maintenance needs.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and applicable codes and regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle and work area.
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience working with residential, commercial, or light industrial HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with building automation systems, thermostats, and control wiring.
• Additional technical certifications or vocational training in HVAC.
