Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an Industrial HVAC Technician in Morrisville, PA. The ideal candidate will service HVAC equipment, perform installations, and have strong mechanical and electrical skills. The role features a Monday–Friday day shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) with overtime available and a pay range of $34–$38 per hour.

Salary posted ranges $70,720–$80,000 annually. Education required is High School; five years of experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in industrial HVAC maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and scheduled maintenance.
• Perform machinist tasks and machine service responsibilities.
• Apply mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, and welding skills.
• Read manuals and work orders for maintenance and service.
• Diagnose issues, replace parts, test, and adjust.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on machines and facilities.
• Perform advanced maintenance and carpentry functions.
• Use hand tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
• Identify faulty operations and report issues to supervision.
• Adhere to safety regulations and keep work areas clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our client located in Morrisville, PA is seeking a skilled Industrial HVAC Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience servicing HVAC equipment and performing installations. Mechanical as well as electrical experience needed. Day Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM with overtime available $34-38/hr based on experience

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and perform scheduled maintenance during machine service.
• Execute machinist tasks and responsibilities.
• Apply basic to advanced mechanical skills, including construction, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, utility, fabrication, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance and service.
• Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Perform advanced maintenance and carpentry functions.
• Utilize various hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
• Identify faulty operations, defective materials, and report any unusual situations to supervision.
• Adhere to company and OSHA safety and health regulations, maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
