H. T. PROF Group seeks an experienced Industrial HVAC Technician in Michigan.

You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial/industrial HVAC and mechanical systems, working independently and delivering safe, high‑quality work. This role requires diagnosing problems accurately and pride in completing tasks to spec. Responsibilities include servicing rooftop units, boilers, chillers, and related controls; performing preventive maintenance; reading diagrams and manuals; and

Qualifications

• Four or more years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, or large commercial systems preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
• Service rooftop units, boilers, chillers, air handlers, pumps, cooling towers, exhaust systems, and related controls.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control-system issues.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Document service work, materials used, and recommended repairs.
• Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and other trades.
• Follow OSHA requirements, company safety procedures, and applicable codes.
• Participate in an on-call rotation when required.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicles.
