FlowerHire is assisting a well-established organization near Harrisburg, PA in recruiting an experienced HVAC Technician for on-site maintenance of industrial facilities. The role is hands-on, focusing on keeping critical HVAC and environmental systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably.

The ideal candidate has strong commercial or industrial HVAC experience and can troubleshoot complex equipment while working with maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification is required.
• 3+ years of hands-on commercial or industrial HVAC maintenance and repair experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Experience with larger or more complex HVAC equipment in commercial/industrial environments is strongly preferred.
• Independent diagnostic ability and safe hands-on maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and servicing of commercial and industrial HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and controls-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain reliable operations.
• Monitor system performance (temperature, humidity, airflow) and identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Respond to equipment failures and service needs, completing repairs safely and promptly.
• Maintain accurate service records and collaborate with facility and maintenance teams on HVAC-related needs.

The ideal candidate brings strong commercial or industrial HVAC experience, enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, and can work independently while collaborating with facility and maintenance teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to independently diagnose issues, determine appropriate repairs, and safely complete hands‑on maintenance work
