Onni Group is seeking an HVAC Technician in Los Angeles to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility HVAC systems. The role requires diagnosing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related issues, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering high-quality service to residents and property teams.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a craft apprenticeship, and HVAC Universal certification.

• HVAC Universal certification is required.

• Schedule/perform preventive maintenance on water-supplied heat pumps.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Respond promptly to work orders and coordinate with tenants.
• Ensure timely completion and proper workmanship of tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders.
• Provide on-call support and emergency maintenance when needed.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness; flag repairs.
• Assist in scheduling with vendors and contractors; obtain bids.
