Job summary

frēijē Engineered Solutions Company is seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in Indianapolis. This role will perform maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of commercial and industrial heating and air conditioning systems, delivering a high-quality customer experience on industrial and commercial sites.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of HVAC service experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to train others.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as HVAC Service Technician in residential and commercial/industrial setting.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Pass drug and background screens.
• Certificate of completion from HVAC Trade School preferred.
• Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings.
• Ability to train and supervise others.
• Ability to lift 50lb+, access crawlspaces and attics, use ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of commercial and industrial heating and air conditioning systems.
• Work primarily on industrial and commercial sites.
• Ensure work meets company standards and delivers high-quality customer experience.
