Job summary

Paul the Plumber LLC in New Hampshire is looking for a Licensed HVAC Technician to join our team. You will maintain and repair heating and cooling systems, perform inspections, and diagnose issues for residential customers.

We value skilled technicians with gas and oil certifications, a valid NH license, and at least 3 years of experience. This full-time, non-exempt role offers employer-paid health coverage, a take-home truck, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active Gas License and NH oil certification required.
• Minimum 3 years HVAC service experience.
• Knowledge of furnaces, boilers, A/C, heat pumps, mini splits, etc.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Run 3 to 4 service calls per day.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC issues with precision.
• Communicate diagnostic findings and solutions to customers.
• Promote proactive solutions to enhance current systems.
• Suggest upgrades to customers when appropriate.
• Complete paperwork for each project including estimates and invoices.
• Manage truck inventory.
• Occasional on-call services.

Description

We are looking to add a Licensed HVAC Technician to our growing team of industry professionals. Our HVAC Technicians support our customers by maintaining and repairing their HVAC systems through careful inspections and diagnostics. Requirements
