Job summary

Paul the Plumber LLC is hiring a Licensed HVAC Installer to join our NH team. The role involves installing HVAC systems in customer homes, ensuring safety standards, and educating customers on operation. You will work with the crew to maintain smooth workflows and keep detailed installation records, with occasional on-call work.

Base pay is $30.00–$40.00 per hour for a full-time, non-exempt position. We value skilled professionals and offer growth opportunities within a supportive company

Qualifications

• Active Gas Equipment License in NH.
• Universal EPA License.
• Minimum 3 years HVAC installation experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems (furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps, boilers, etc.).
• Ensure installations meet safety and industry standards.
• Educate customers on system operations.
• Collaborate with team for seamless workflows.
• Maintain detailed records of installations and truck inventory.

We are looking to add a Licensed HVAC Installer to our growing team of industry professionals. Our Licensed HVAC Installers provide peace of mind and comfort to our customers by safely installing HVAC systems in their homes. Essential Job Duties:

• Install various HVAC systems with precision and care (furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps, boilers, etc.)
• Ensure all installations meet safety and industry standards

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflows
• Maintain detailed records of installations and truck inventory
• Occasional on-call services

Requirements

• Active Gas Equipment License in the state of NH
• Universal EPA License
• A minimum of 3 years HVAC installation experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
• Valid driver’s license
• Authorization to work in the US
