Temperature Systems, Inc. (TSI) is seeking a Technical Service Advisor to provide advanced HVAC support, diagnostics, and training to our internal teams, dealers, contractors, and customers in the Madison area.

The role emphasizes hands-on HVAC expertise, clear technical communication, and the ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences, including field visits and remote instruction.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven experience training others in a technical environment.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC principles and equipment.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical HVAC support to dealers and contractors, primarily by phone, email, and other remote methods, with field visits as needed.
• Diagnose equipment, installation, application, and operational issues and guide customers through troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver technical training programs for TSI employees and the dealer/contractor network.
• Travel as required for customer training, equipment start-ups, field support, and industry meetings.
• Assist with equipment start-ups, commissioning, troubleshooting, and field technical support when necessary.
• Maintain training materials, schedules, equipment, and TSI training/lab facilities.
• Stay current on manufacturer products, controls, emerging HVAC technologies, and industry practices.
• Promote a cooperative, customer-focused, and team-oriented approach across departments and with customers.
