Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HVAC technical service or field maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of machines and tools used for servicing HVAC equipment.
• Understanding of customer service principles and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with administrative procedures and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and resolution of service issues by phone or in person.
• Maintain composure when dealing with difficult issues or customers.
• Apply knowledge of components, controls, standards, and codes to resolve issues.
• Keep thorough records of service issues and actions taken.
• Travel up to 50% across all states.
• Schedule training dates and notify customers and Titan personnel.
• Conduct training sessions on Titan Air equipment and maintenance.
• Assist in factory testing of custom air handlers.
• Receive warranty requests and notify customers of concerns.
• Prepare and format service information for the website and other formats.
• Draft and revise startup procedures and field forms.
• Maintain list of qualified service contractors.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
