Job summary

Trane Technologies in the United States invites recent graduates to join its 14-week Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI. After completing the program, you will become an Associate Account Manager specializing in Equipment, Services, or Controls at a designated office location.

You will sell HVAC equipment and building controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers, collaborate with engineers and contractors, and build lasting relationships while developing a growth plan

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; open to all Engineering areas; must be graduated prior to start date.
• Passion for continuous learning in technical fields.
• Internship experience at Trane Technologies or ability to commence in-office work 3 months prior to GTP start date.
• U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willingness to temporarily relocate for 14-week training program.
• Valid driver's license for at least 12 months with no major violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Sell the world’s most complete line of HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors and owners/developers in design, application, and sale of equipment, controls, parts, and services.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships by understanding customer needs throughout a full sales cycle.
• Develop sales strategies and analyze market conditions to identify strategic opportunities.
• Create and execute a sales plan and growth strategy for the territory to meet or exceed targets.
• Achieve sales quotas by securing new design wins and managing the sales channel.
