Job summary

Hajoca Corporation in Jackson, MS is seeking an HVAC Technical Manager to lead a team of HVAC Specialists, set performance goals, and develop technical support processes to ensure fast, accurate issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.

You will liaise with HVAC vendors and Hajoca leadership, drive training strategies, and support sales through technical expertise and inventory guidance. Strong English, leadership, and HVAC knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC technical experience
• 1+ year of leadership experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Manage recruit, hire, develop, and train a team of HVAC Technical Specialists.
• Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement tech support processes to ensure timely issue investigation and resolution.
• Liaise between key HVAC vendors and Hajoca leadership to support profitable growth.
• Develop and implement product support training, updates, and inventory assistance for Profit Centers.
• Develop strategies to support sales through technical training and product support.
• Establish regional technical training curriculum and training strategy for new HVAC products.
• Maintain customer contacts and relationships to provide excellent service and increase satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Profit Center Managers and HVAC sales staff to ensure communication and support.
• Keep current on HVAC technical issues by reviewing bulletins and attending training events.
