Johnson Controls is seeking a Controls Systems Team Leader to guide a branch operations team of System Technicians and Designers. You will allocate resources, coordinate site activities on complex projects, and ensure safety and contract compliance.

Leadership and coaching of staff are essential as you drive performance and quality across the team. The role emphasizes strong HVAC expertise, supervisory experience, and the ability to manage across multiple projects while maintaining high ethics

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC proven experience.
• Extensive knowledge of air conditioning principles with Commercial Product lines.
• Technical hands-on experience, systems design, and commissioning of digital HVAC controls systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Branch Systems operation team of Technicians and Designers.
• Allocate resources and coordinate site activities on complex projects.
• Ensure safety, budgeting, and contract compliance across projects.
• Recruit and develop System Designers and Technicians.
