Meyers-Heating- is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to perform thorough maintenance and repairs on residential heating and cooling systems. You’ll diagnose issues, propose repair or replacement options, and deliver quality service to homeowners.

Summary of Position
Service Technician:Perform thorough maintenance & repair on all ages of equipment, with the ability to accurately diagnose heating and air conditioning system issues. Must be able to recognize potential breakdown issues before they happen and make the appropriate recommendations to the customer. Must be able to discuss various options for the clients regarding repair or replacing their system.
Monday - Friday + on-call (rotating week nights + weekends)7:30 am-4:30pm (end time may extend past 4:30 p.m. due to the nature of residential heating & cooling)

This role requires working in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments, often in changing weather conditions and temperatures. As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll regularly move between residential homes, mechanical rooms, and job sites that may include tight or confined spaces.Technicians must be comfortable climbing ladders, working on rooftops, and accessing attics, basements, and crawl spaces. The position requires the ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and materials, as well as perform tasks that involve bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for extended periods.You’ll also need to be comfortable using hand and power tools, maintaining awareness of your surroundings, and following all safety protocols while working in potentially challenging environments.
A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a criminal background check
