Calloway & Sons A/C & Heating is looking for a full-time HVAC Tech to join our family-owned company. We serve New Orleans and the Northshore area.

This job pays $45,000 to $70,000 per year, based on your experience and performance. We also offer our team generous benefits, such as:

This is a full-time job. You will work Monday through Friday, with some weekends and overtime when needed. You will stay local and be home every night, working in New Orleans and the Northshore area.

YOUR ROLE

As an HVAC Tech, you will go out to homes to do HVAC maintenance and seasonal tune-ups. You will check on systems to find any problems early, clean important parts like coils and drains, and help keep everything running right. You will talk with homeowners about how their system is working and what they might need to do. You will keep good notes about your work and always treat customers with respect. Your work helps families stay comfortable and safe at home.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license
• Strong attention to detail
• 1+ year(s) of HVAC experience (preferred)
• EPA Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)

YOUR HOURS

The HVAC Technician position is full-time, with a schedule of Monday through Friday. Some weekend work and overtime may be required. The service area covers the New Orleans metro and Northshore communities, allowing you to return home each night.
