Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking an HVAC Supervisor to lead a team of technicians, ensure safe, high‑quality service, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

You will review work for accuracy and profitability, provide hands‑on training, coordinate with dispatch, sales, and management, and represent Summers professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend and reach overhead.
• Must be able to climb and work on ladders.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving records.
• Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and directs the HVAC Technicians and Plumbers to effectively perform the functions of repair, replacement, installation and other duties as required for customer satisfaction.
• Reviews HVAC & Plumbing Technicians work to ensure quality meets Summers standards and safety requirements; makes recommendations to improve quality and productivity.
• Conducts group and one-on-one training with technicians on lead generation, customer service and company practices and procedures; participates and/or conducts regularly scheduled departmental safety/informational meetings.
• Ensures that all company/department policies are being followed by all HVAC and Plumbing staff.
• Train employees on technical skills, company processes and procedures, and safety rules and practices.
• Ensures company property, vehicles, and tools are being used, maintained, and properly accounted for.
• Represent Summers professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and activities.
• Demonstrates leadership to field technicians in the areas of customer focus and customer service.
• Performs similar/other duties as needed or assigned.
