Job summary

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling seeks a Plumbing Supervisor to lead a team of plumbers, ensure safe, high-quality work and excellentservice for every customer. You will train technicians, enforce safety standards, and uphold Summers’ core values of integrity, ownership and service.

You will supervise repair, replacement and installation tasks, review work for quality, and coordinate with leadership to drive growth while maintaining excellent customer relations in Indianapolis and surrounding

Qualifications

• Current plumbing license is required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and work on ladders.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Flexible hours and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plumbers to perform repair, replacement, installation, and related duties for customer satisfaction.
• Review technician work to ensure quality meets Summers' standards and safety requirements; make recommendations to improve quality and productivity.
• Train technicians on lead generation, customer service, and company procedures; participate in safety meetings.
• Ensure company policies are followed by all Plumbing staff.
• Train employees on technical skills, processes, and safety rules.
• Ensure company property, vehicles, and tools are used, maintained, and accounted for.
• Represent Summers professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters.
• Demonstrate leadership to field technicians in customer focus and service.
• Perform similar/other duties as needed or assigned.
