King & George, LLC is seeking an HVAC Mechanic/Technician to maintain, repair, install, and operate boilers, refrigeration equipment, generators, and air conditioning facilities. Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related experience.
• EPA certification per CFR part 82f (Universal preferred) for servicing refrigerants.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (optional) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of HVAC systems.
• Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair chillers, air handling units, controls, and related equipment.
• Start units and adjust for proper cut-in/cut-out of refrigeration units and boilers.
• Maintain and inspect electrical and pneumatic systems associated with HVAC equipment.
• Read blueprints and specifications to plan work.
