Job summary

King & George seeks a skilled HVAC Mechanic to maintain, repair, install and operate boilers, refrigeration equipment, generators, and air conditioning facilities at the Millington site. The role requires HVAC certification and experience with HVACR systems.

Responsibilities include installation, service, troubleshooting of chillers, AHUs, controls, and pumps; participation in predictive maintenance; and ensuring safety and efficiency across all mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Experience with predictive maintenance is desirable.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications for HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot and repair chillers, AHUs, package units and pumps.
• Support predictive maintenance programs; leverage vibration, infrared or ultrasound tech where available.
• Diagnose performance issues and adjust systems for optimum operation.
• Install and commission refrigeration and air conditioning components per design specs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and document findings.
• Work across site teams to cover shifts and respond to service requests.
