Requirements include a MA Refrigeration Technician license with universal certification and a Class D license, plus two years of related experience.

Qualifications

• State MA Refrigeration Technician license including universal CFC certification and two years of relevant experience.
• Possession of Class D driver's license.
• Within 24 months from hire, training on Building Management System.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, refrigeration, hydronics and related subsystems.

Responsabilités

• Instructs and may supervise HVAC staff in maintenance and operation of building HVAC systems.
• Inspects, repairs, tests, and troubleshoots HVAC systems and controllers.
• Operates and maintains HVAC systems and their components for optimal performance.
• Prepare and evaluate procedures for installation, modification, and operation of HVAC systems.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on equipment and maintenance.
