Job summary

Your Talent Team in Dallas seeks a highly skilled HVAC Systems Engineer to lead design and optimization of advanced HVAC systems. You will apply state-of-the-art simulation tools, validate concepts with commissioning data, and drive innovations that boost efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will advance next‑generation thermal solutions, ensure compliance with ASHRAE/AHRI/UL standards, and deliver reliable, market-ready

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC system development.
Proficiency in advanced simulation tools such as the HPDM.
Strong understanding of Fluid Dynamics and Thermodynamics.
Experience in developing control algorithms and working with OEMs/ODMs.

Responsibilities

Design HVAC systems using advanced simulation tools to optimize component integration.
Validate HVAC systems and equipment by comparing simulation results with commissioning data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring new products to market.
Drive continuous improvements in HVAC technology to maintain competitive advantage.
Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, AHRI, and UL Standards.
