Job summary

Confident Search Consultants is seeking a skilled HVAC Systems Engineer for our Dallas team. You will design HVAC systems, simulate integrations, and validate results against commissioning data to drive energy-efficient thermal solutions.

Collaborate with OEMs/ODMs and cross-functional partners to bring next-generation HVAC products to market, ensuring compliance with ASHRAE, AHRI, and UL standards. On-site responsibilities and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HVAC system development experience.
• Proficiency with advanced simulation tools such as HPDM.
• Strong understanding of Fluid Dynamics and Thermodynamics.
• Experience in developing control algorithms and working with OEMs/ODMs.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems using advanced simulation tools to optimize component integration.
• Validate HVAC systems and equipment by comparing simulation results with commissioning data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring new products to market.
• Drive continuous improvements in HVAC technology to maintain competitive advantage.
