Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a skilled HVAC Systems Engineer to join our Dallas team on-site. The role focuses on designing advanced HVAC systems, validating performance against data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring new products to market.

You will drive improvements in HVAC technology while ensuring compliance with ASHRAE, AHRI, and UL standards, leveraging HPDM and other simulation tools. On-site work in Dallas is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC system development experience.
• Proficient with HPDM or similar advanced simulation tools.
• Strong fluid dynamics and thermodynamics knowledge.
• Experience developing control algorithms with OEMs/ODMs.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems using advanced simulation tools to optimize component integration.
• Validate HVAC systems and equipment by comparing simulation results with commissioning data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring new products to market.
• Drive continuous improvements in HVAC technology to maintain competitive advantage.
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, AHRI, and UL Standards.
