Kids for the Future seeks a System Integration Manager to lead HVAC control system projects and startup efforts across multiple teams. You will coordinate commissioning, IT, engineering, and installation to ensure resources, tools, and information are available for efficient startups and warranty support.

The role requires managing direct reports, including hiring, mentoring, and performance reviews, plus documenting issues and ensuring accurate as-built and commissioning records.

Competenze

• English communication proficiency, both oral and written.
• Experience with HVAC controls and field startups.
• Strong coordination with multiple departments.

Mansioni

• Manage all Systems and Support Specialists and liaise with Commissioning Managers, IT, Engineering, and Installation teams.
• Conduct hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Dispatch projects and allocate resources to meet schedules with Project Managers.
• Document defective parts to ensure proper asset use and costing.
• Ensure startup punch lists are completed by Engineering/Software and Installation teams.
