Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC startups, service, or installation (residential new construction preferred).
• Strong understanding of HVAC startup processes, including refrigerant charging, airflow testing, and system diagnostics.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate startup scheduling to ensure timely inspections and testing.
• Verify installations meet code, manufacturer, and company standards and complete documentation.
• Serve as liaison between builders, installation teams, and startup technicians and track progress.
• Provide feedback to installation crews and assist service with transitioning startups to service and warranty processes.
