About the Role

We are looking for experienced AC installers (all phases) for residential new construction work. Only those with new construction experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC installation tasks including rough and trim work in residential new construction settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout requirements.
• Install ductwork, vents, piping, and other components according to design and code specifications.
• Install HVAC units and related equipment ensuring proper functionality.
• Collaborate effectively with construction teams to coordinate installations and resolve issues.
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer with a focus on rough and trim work in residential new construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to HVAC installation.
• Clean driving record and ability to commute to various job sites as assigned.
• Commitment to maintaining a drug‑free workplace environment.
