Jet Industries, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Superintendent for on-site leadership in Oregon. You will collaborate with project managers and subcontractors, plan construction processes, and supervise teams to meet milestones while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires five years of HVAC supervision experience, OSHA 30 certification, ability to read drawings, and fluency in English. On-site responsibilities include inspections, equipment rental coordination, and weekly status

Qualifications

• Five years of HVAC superintendent or similar role experience.
• OSHA 30 construction safety certification.
• Ability to read and understand installation drawings.
• English proficiency for safety communication on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project team to determine project needs and milestones.
• Deliver project within hours and completion milestones.
• Plan construction processes and supervise staff.
• Plan for inspections and ensure safety/quality guidelines.
• Order rental equipment and manage on-site material orders.
• Submit weekly status reports and coordinate with GC/subcontractors.
• Direct on-site meetings with clients and stakeholders.
