Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising HVAC mechanical construction on commercial/industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC piping, ductwork, equipment installation, and commissioning.
• Proven ability to lead field teams, coordinate trades, and maintain schedules safely.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, and self-perform crews to meet schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and other trades for efficient project execution.
• Lead planning meetings, safety meetings, and progress reporting to ensure quality and safety on site.
