Qualifications

• Five years of HVAC superintendent or similar experience.
• OSHA 30 construction safety certification.
• Ability to read and understand installation drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office and field reporting.
• English fluency for on-site communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to define needs.
• Deliver projects within hours and milestones.
• Plan construction processes and supervise staff.
• Ensure safety and quality guidelines are followed.
• Order rental equipment and manage maintenance.
• Track materials and site orders; submit weekly status reports.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly job site; resolve on-site issues.
