Qualifications

• Five years of HVAC superintendent or similar role.
• OSHA 30 certification for construction safety.
• Ability to read and understand installation drawings.
• Must be fluent in English for on-site communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMs, engineers and subs to determine project needs.
• Deliver project within allotted hours and milestones.
• Plan construction processes and oversee execution.
• Supervise staff and provide feedback.
• Plan inspections and ensure compliance.
• Implement safety and quality guidelines on site.
• Order rental equipment and arrange maintenance or replacement.
• Track materials and orders on site.
• Submit weekly status reports.
• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly job site.
• Lead on-site meetings with GC, subs and client.
