Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Knoxville store and drive growth.
• Motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet targets.
• Coordinate with staff, customers, vendors, and leaders for profitable operations.
• Handle phones, assist customers at the counter, and resolve issues.
• Oversee inventory management and warehouse activities; support fleet ops.
• Leverage ERP/WMS to manage replenishment, orders, and delivery.
• Analyze investments and performance metrics to improve profitability.

Education
