Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Requires at least 5 years related experience in store leadership or HVAC-related sales.
• Ability to lead others and communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a physical environment.
• Expert knowledge of HVAC systems strongly preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop the inside sales team and warehouse staff.
• Promote the sale of replacement components and aftermarket products to dealers, contractors, and business segments.
• Own the business in the local market and deliver sales, growth, and profitability goals.
• Maintain a customer-ready showroom, warehouse, building and grounds.
• Coordinate with transportation providers for daily shipments.
