Job summary

Lennox International seeks a Store Manager in Milpitas to lead a customer-service team and drive store performance. You will partner with Sales to exceed revenue targets and ensure high standards of service and showroom presentation.

You will manage daily operations, train staff, and maintain inventory while upholding Lennox's safety and quality standards. Strong HVAC knowledge and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience; leadership experience required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop inside sales and warehouse staff.
• Promote replacement components and aftermarket products to dealers and contractors.
• Own the local store business and drive sales, growth and profitability with Sales.
• Maintain a customer-ready showroom, warehouse, and premises.
• Coordinate with transportation providers for daily shipments.
• Lead Environmental, Health and Safety initiatives.
• Manage and tailor local inventory for market needs.
• Ensure accurate inventory through cycle counts and operations excellence.
