Lennox Store Manager position in West Palm Beach oversees a team of inside sales associates and warehouse staff, delivering exceptional customer service while driving store revenue and profitability. You will set priorities, communicate initiatives clearly, and collaborate with the sales team to meet annual targets.

Requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred) and at least five years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop inside sales and warehouse staff.
• Promote replacement components and aftermarket products to dealers, contractors and other segments.
• Own the business in the local market and drive revenue, growth and profitability with Sales support.
• Maintain a showroom, warehouse, building and grounds in ready-to-show condition.
• Coordinate with transportation providers for daily shipments.
• Prioritize and promote an ongoing Environmental, Health and Safety program.
• Manage and tailor inventory to local market needs.
• Ensure accurate inventory through cycle counting and general operations excellence.
