Lennox Store Manager in Milpitas, CA leads a team of customer service associates and the sales group to drive local revenue and store excellence.

You will manage daily operations, champion safety, inventory, and showroom presentation while building strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Requires at least 5 years related experience.
• Ability to lead others with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• HVAC system knowledge strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop the inside sales team and warehouse staff, focusing on customer service and selling skills.
• Promote replacement components and aftermarket products to dealers, contractors and related segments.
• Own the local market business and drive sales, growth and profitability with Sales for opportunities.
• Maintain a professional showroom, warehouse, building and grounds.
• Coordinate daily shipments with transportation providers and manage logistics.
