Job summary

Lennox is seeking a Store Manager in Austin to lead a team of customer service associates and collaborate with the sales group to exceed revenue targets. You will oversee daily store operations, maintain a pristine showroom, and drive profitability while delivering excellent service.

The role requires 5+ years in related work, strong communication, and expert HVAC knowledge. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with tuition and benefits supporting professional growth.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years related experience.
• Ability to lead others; strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead inside sales team and warehouse staff to deliver excellent customer service and solid selling skills.
• Promote replacement components and aftermarket products to dealers, contractors and other segments.
• Own the business in the local market and drive sales, growth and profitability with Sales collaboration.
• Maintain a customer-ready showroom, warehouse, and site appearance.
